Why settle for one amenity space when you can have an entire building designed around the way you live? At Lofts Downtown Nexton, our apartments are surrounded by spaces made for working, working out, unwinding, and having a little fun. With something to discover on nearly every floor, your next favorite amenity might be just an elevator ride away.
Second Floor: Strength + Focus
Start on the second floor, where you’ll find your strength-training essentials ready whenever you are. Grab the free weights, roll out a yoga mat, or hop on the exercise bike for a quick workout without ever leaving home.
When it’s time to switch gears, our coworking lounge gives you a comfortable place to tackle your to-do list, catch up on emails, or get a change of scenery from your apartment.
Third Floor: Cardio + Productivity
Need to get your heart rate up? The third floor is home to your cardio essentials, including two treadmills and an elliptical. Whether you’re squeezing in a quick workout or settling into a longer routine, everything you need is right upstairs.
This floor also features two private offices, perfect for work-from-home days, studying, virtual meetings, or whenever you need a little extra privacy and focus.
Fourth Floor: Game On
The fourth floor is where the fun begins. Challenge your neighbors to a game of shuffleboard or pool, or take a trip down memory lane with our retro video game setup, pre-loaded with both one- and two-player games.
Once the competition is over, settle into the indoor lounge featuring two TVs. It’s the perfect spot to catch the big game, binge your favorite show, or simply hang out with friends.
Fifth Floor: Take It to the Rooftop
At the top, you’ll find our fifth-floor club room, complete with a full kitchen and two TVs — perfect for hosting, gathering, or enjoying a night in with friends.
Then, step outside onto our rooftop deck and take in the view. With two grills, a covered patio, two heaters for cooler evenings, and an outdoor TV, the rooftop is made for everything from casual dinners to weekend hangs. And when the sun starts to set? The sunset up here is pretty hard to beat.
More Than Just a Place to Live
The best part? You don’t have to choose just one space. Every floor of our community gives you another way to make the most of your day, whether you’re getting your workout in, knocking out a few hours of work, challenging a friend to a game, or watching the sunset from above it all.
And because we believe convenience is part of the experience, every floor features a wet bar, making it easy to bring your food and drinks wherever you’re headed. Plus, every TV throughout the community features cable TV, so your favorite entertainment is always close by.
At Lofts Downtown Nexton, your apartment is just the beginning. With thoughtfully designed amenities around every corner, there’s always another floor, another space, and another way to enjoy where you live.
