Our refurbished fire tower has become a true Downtown Nexton landmark. Once a functional part of our neighborhoods past, this iconic structure has been thoughtfully refreshed and transformed into a gathering spot that residents and neighbors can enjoy.
Located right beside the ponds relaxing water feature, the first tower is especially beautiful after sunset when it lights up and illuminates our Downtown Nexton pride. Grab a seat at one of the tables and chairs, stretch out in a lawn chair, and take in the views. Whether you’re catching up with friends, enjoying a quiet evening outside, or simply looking for a change of scenery outside of your apartment, it’s an easy place slow down and enjoy the moment.
